I’ve been to this location on a few separate occasions and for different reasons: from pregnancy, to vaccine, to referral requisition - I’ve been seen by both the female and male Physicians that work here. My visits are usually frustrating, it does not appear to me the Physicians have the proper knowledge that is expected of medical professionals. Despite their convenient location, unfortunately I won’t be going here again. Without going into details, I wouldn’t trust either Physician with anything important health related.
I needed specific medication prescribed to me for my upcoming travels in one week from now. I’ve been running around all the city in the past couple days trying to get a prescription and I’ve been told many things. Last night I was at the shoppers and told her what I needed and she told me I can goto the clinic next door and they will write me a prescription. Dr. Alrezaq is WONDERFUL. He is kind, funny, patient and knows what he’s doing. The ladies of front desk are also fantastic and I’m so grateful that this place is in my neighbourhood. I appreciate your great care for myself and my baby today!
Doctor was very rough with my children. He forcefully tilted childs head instead of asking them nicely. Then proceeded to shove their tool into childs ear roughly when he has an infection. Very poor bedside manner.
Dr. Ali has been my family doctor for 10 years now, and she has been always so amazing! She is one of those doctors who truly care about her patients. She takes time to listen to your concerns and does what she can to help. Highly recommended.
