The salespeople here do not respect the customer and do not value their time, one of them even sold me something by mistake that she even told me wrong during the event and did not give me the correct information about it, and no one is accountable, there is no accountable and responsible management, no responsible employees, and I really feel like I have been tricked .
I am so disgusted by the experience of this doctors office. First off the reviews are correct about the bad attitude of the receptionist. You drop a patient that’s pregnant because I moved out of town for 5 years but also offended I went to a walk in twice in that span. And then saying I’m treated as a new patient and the doctor doesn’t take new patients anymore so they left me high and dry. Absolutely no compassion. Dr. Cloth has been my family doctor for over 20 years. I honestly dread the day he retires, as I have no idea how I could replace him. He’s one of those rare doctors who is incredibly thorough and meticulous about every aspect of my care. His bedside manner is a bit shy, and some might misread that—but beneath it, he’s genuinely caring and deeply compassionate. Ive been going to this clinic for 20+ years. The new receptionist (Raquel) has been rude and not accomodating whatsoever. She provides false information about appointment availability. I've had to escalate on her to the doctors in order to get the follow up appointments requested by the doctors themselves. Other than Raquel, the reception and doctors are amazing. 5 stars for Dr Kauffman. 0 stars for Raquel.
