I was called few days ago. Told that i can visit any time between 10:00 to 12 on saturday as its a walkin to follow up for my reports. As i went in on saturday the reception lady treated me very badly and rudely. She said to come on monday and she cannot help even if i am here for reports If you guys cannot stick to your timinga that your fault. The customer service was extremely poor. I called to try and track down my prescription and Maria answered the phone and was completely rude and unprofessional. She put me on “hold” but didn’t and continued to answer the phone call which was me several times and then was getting frustrated with me because of it. I’ve never called a pharmacy with such poor communication. Maybe she was having a bad day. Wishing Maria positive vibes!
Mark is honestly the best. He’s always friendly, professional, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to help. Service is always fast and smooth. Highly recommend this pharmacy. Mark makes the whole experience easy and stress free!
