I had an appointment for my daughter but we ended up going to the hospital as it was an emergency. Dr jamila and the clinic still made me pay the $20 fee for late cancelation.
Very disappointing experience. The GP, Jamila Ayobi was rude, dismissive, and rushed the appointment to barely a minute, making me feel unheard and uncared for. She refused to sign my care plan due to an alleged unpaid cancellation fee that never occurred and was never communicated. Withholding care over a disputed fee is unacceptable. Patients deserve respect and proper care, unfortunately, this clinic did not provide that AT ALL.
Dr. Jamila Ayobi is one the disrespectful and low quality doctor I have ever seen, she doesn’t know what she doing, shouting on patients, she was telling me she can’t inform me to another doctor cuz its not her job, what does that mean how do I suppose to know what kind of sickness I have and who should I go to and one time I was waiting about 1 hour and 15 mins, so I left and came back another day
I would stay away from this clinic unless you need a prescription refill or antibiotics. The doctors are not knowledgeable and I’m convinced they all got their degrees from a cereal box. If you have serious health issues I would go elsewhere. They never know what’s going on, never know what tests to give and I’m always for some reason being sent to the hospital over small things where I spend hours in the emergency department only to have the nurses and doctors confused as to why I’m there in the first place and I’m sent hom... read more
