Thankfully this is a bulk billed facility, the doctors are very rushed to get you out of the consultation room and show very little patient care However it’s totally the opposite case when sitting in the waiting area for the doctor, i have had 5 appointments in the past month, with a waiting time of at least half an hour after my scheduled appointment, on 2 occasions I have been waiting an hour Parking is limited and what parking there is, it’s extremely tight and inconvenient Need to do better Duff St
An absolute disgrace! I made an appointment with Dr. Thalini online . The appointment was confirmed. Later I called to see if I could do a telehealth. To my surprise I was told the doctor can’t see me at all bcz I have not seen her for a while . Forgot about the Telehealth. The receptionist kept redirecting me to the male doctor even after I told her I need to see a female doctor. My question is what would have happened if I showed up for my confirmed appointment ? Would they ask me to leave ? What an absolute joke!
Every time you come you Need to wait for appointment more than an hour.Doctors always running behind. People coming after you will go in first.When we book there is always an option which appointment you want to book standard or long how come they don't book appointments accordingly and have enough time for each patient.
. My friend recently attended an appointment with Dr Zakir seeking help for what she believes may be postpartum depression. She tried to explain how she had been feeling and ask for support, but instead of being met with compassion or having her concerns taken seriously, she was laughed at and told she needed to book a longer appointment.
