I’m writing this review to share a deeply disappointing and concerning experience involving my elderly mother, who was unwell with persistent fever, vomiting, and a long-standing cough. Despite presenting with these symptoms over several days, she was dismissed without any diagnostic testing or meaningful care. She even requested a chest X-ray, which was denied. Useless. First visit had an uncaring doctor that only dealt with 1 out of the 2 issues I was asking about. Second visit I didn't even make it into the doctor's office. Left after an hour's wait. Reception was confused as to why I was waiting so long as the male doctor had no other clients. After reading other reviews, I would be embarrassed to work there.
I had a bad experience where the doctor decided not to work on a Saturday and did not bother to send me notification so that I would be informed. I found out because I always call day before just to make sure appointment is still happening as this is not the first time their incompetence has made me waste time, money and energy driving there to find out my appointment is cancelled and having to rebook for another day. Specifically called up to book a flu vax appointment as I wanted to be sure that this could be done at the time I was available to come in, was told by what I now know is AI over the phone that this was fine. 24 hours before appointment I completed the standard questionnaire sent out, once again selecting Flu vax as my reason. Once arriving for my appointment I was told by reception that receiving the vaccination at this time was not possible. Very much a waste of time!
Car park is terrible. Had to do a 12 point turn to get out and luckily a nice man helped me as I was panicking. Even accidentally hit a guys car, not too bad luckily. Waited 20 minutes after my appointment time and was denied antibiotics for the fluid in my ears which had been there over a week.
