I attended an appointment with Dr Isaac regarding an injury that was later confirmed by ultrasound as tendon inflammation and bursitis. My main concern is not simply about being cleared to return to work. My concern is that I needed basic income protection forms completed because I am currently injured and unable to work in my physical role, yet Dr Isaac refused to complete them. The new receptionist with red hair is utterly useless…… my weet bix in the morning would do more for duff street medical than she would
Rushed through appointment with being cut off and fired questions. Front service desk blunt and rude, put me on hold 17 mins, then ive called back so many times and no answer. Only good part was a blood test from one of the ladies who was nice and did an amazing job.
Had appointment at 10:00 am but patients who came after us, has been called but we were waiting for 1 hour and receptionist rude behavior. I cancelled the appointment and walked away. Never recommended this clinic.
