While being treated for breast cancer, was told I’d see the doctor each Monday. First time an associate introduced himself, asked if I had any questions and walked out. Total time 1 minute. Second time Dr Duff came in, didn’t close the door, asked how I was. I had a physical complaint that he did not address nor offer recommendations. Then he left. Maybe two minutes. Sadly disappointed.
I went there 2 weeks after surgery for treatment plan as recommended by my surgeon, and met with Dr Duff and staff and they explained how it would work, starting 4 weeks from surgery. Very supportive atmosphere and great communication from all involved.
