Several years ago we lost our home in a fire and eventually contracted with Duff Builders to help us with the rebuild. We had worked with them in the past and really liked them and they have a good reputation, unfortunately things did not work out and we have been left with many expensive repairs to handle and a complete lack of taking responsibility on their end. Working with Duff Builders was an absolutely wonderful experience. They took our idea and transformed it into a stunning reality. Every team member we met was respectful, highly skilled, and clearly took pride in their work. Any obstacle that arose was discussed openly, and all options were clearly explained so we could make the best decisions along the way. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT Did not even finish the job, never came back to fix leaks, loose handles, mold issues within first 2 years of brand new home, my grandmother is 80 years old and is sick from the mold, no one will even return phone calls or messages from multiple family members. Beauty is not quality. Absolutely unprofessional and disappointing behavior.
The Duffs came to my house at the worst time in my life after a devastating fire. They had to rebuild my entire house from the foundation up and exceeded all of our expectations. The Duff family went above and beyond to get us back in our house in record time even with all the material shortages and long deliveries for windows and doors. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again.
UPDATE: After writing the initial review we had Tony show up to address the concerns. Some repairs were made to address the concerns. We had an issue with a soft spot on the floor. The flooring company was scheduled to come out through Tony and he did not arrive at the scheduled time. The flooring company told us to contact them direct if the issue gets worse and it wouldn't hurt to get another box of flooring in case the manufacturer stops producing the flooring.
