The Duffs came to my house at the worst time in my life after a devastating fire. They had to rebuild my entire house from the foundation up and exceeded all of our expectations. The Duff family went above and beyond to get us back in our house in record time even with all the material shortages and long deliveries for windows and doors. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again.
UPDATE: After writing the initial review we had Tony show up to address the concerns. Some repairs were made to address the concerns. We had an issue with a soft spot on the floor. The flooring company was scheduled to come out through Tony and he did not arrive at the scheduled time. The flooring company told us to contact them direct if the issue gets worse and it wouldn't hurt to get another box of flooring in case the manufacturer stops producing the flooring. We chose Duff to complete a substantial renovation including the addition of a kitchen, master bedroom, and garage space. The process and results were amazing, and all members of the team offered great insights along the way. We chose Duff because it was a local family-owned business, and getting the experience of Joe. Don’t even know where to begin. We had a large addition completed. The project manager was never at our project and the problems began. They had to cut a truss to get the HVAC unit into the attic. Never had the repair engineered. The back door is out of square not to mention the corners of the trim don’t fit together. This was a large and expensive project.
