No stars!!!! I had to give it one just to get my post up. Glad to see they are closed. Do not ever consider using this company. We had one of their employees come to the house for a quote. The idiot I am gave the guy a deposit of $2200 for the job. Two weeks later I call to find out when they are coming to do the job. I was told their employee no longer works there and took my money with him. They refused to reimburse me. A pretty expensive lesson for being a trusting idiot.
Mario seemed like an okay guy to deal with at first but turned out to be the biggest headache I had in a while. Unilaterally breached his own contract and would not cancel the deal after deposit was paid. Made threats to contact "authorities" to impose fines for a non-existent mold problem. Committed fraud by switching out selected carpet to a cheaper product. His company's court records in Kane and Cook counties should tell you more about Duet Carpet than any review posted online. Save yourself the trouble and RUN!!!

They recently installed a carpet in my basement and stairs leading to the second floor. The job looked great and I'm highly satisfied with the carpet choice Mario, the owner helped me pick the right kind of carpet and padding for my needs.
i use the company caple days ago im very happy thay make good work the pricew is very good mario is very good salesman and asist guy thay make perfect instalation kriss was on time when he do that estamate thay clean my house after instalation im sooooooooooo HAPPY :D
