Me and my partner call it mold mansion. This complex has undergone three different leasing companies in the three years I’ve lived here. There’s a myriad reasons why this place is not for everyone. Tweakers roaming the parking lots homeless sleeping in the “secured” building packages stolen water leaks rodents/fleas prominent mold in the kitchen cabinets. It’s like pulling teeth to get basic maintenance done. Someone please condemn this place and build literally anything else
Apartments are very spacious with large deck areas. New management has made this a much better place than it was before.

I’ve lived here for almost three years, and I can honestly say the recent changes have made a noticeable difference. The new manager, Sophia, along with her team May and Eski, have done a fantastic job. They’re consistently present in the office, approachable, and genuinely attentive. Any issues or questions are handled quickly, and communication is always friendly and professional.
