This post isn't about the mold or appliance issues but simply the fact the gym is pretty damn good and everything works well except the cable machine is broken
If I could give 0 stars I would. From the moment I moved in the management office took out security deposit without providing our checklist (which violates tenant rights). First month in I had to request work orders to fix the bathtub since it was clogged/not draining properly when I moved in. The washer/drier unit stopped working and it took them almost 4 days to fix. If you want to keep your sanity, don't do it!!! Drugs are rampant in this complex and criminal activity happens quite a lot Management is nonexistent. Can't even leave a voicemail for them......Charged me a 500 dollar cleaning fee even though most if not all appliances were cleaned upon move out. Also the app they use for rent doesn't work and creates problems with processing. Payments in the app don't go through and we inturn get a late fee due to this. No one is ever in office they fired all the employees and just come around when new people show up or rents do they are so frustrating nothings ever done around here and it's a nightmare to get ahold of anyone would not recommend to anyone they raised our rent every year my rent is 2k rn here they will take your deposit
Do not live here !!!! Unless you want to live with roaches and mold and appliances that constantly break, our time with duet apartments started as soon as we moved in when our dish washer broke and took a month and a half to replace I constantly reached out and asked for updates and was always pushed to the side and not helped. It wasn’t untill I asked for money to be taken off my rent that they came the next day to finally replace my dishwasher.
