The friendly people, good prices.
Every body there is very helpful, I was listening to service guy talk to customers on phone he always tried his best to answer there questions. I feel like they appreciate people business. Total opposite I got from Camping World.
We spoke with Jim while getting some parts earlier. This is the third place we’ve been to and the only one where we were met with friendly assistance. Jim helped us find everything we needed that was available in store and got what they didn’t have ordered. Every employee in the store was friendly and helpful
Can't say enough good stuff about these guys! We made an appointment and they worked on the RV, rather than it sitting on the lot for 2 weeks before they got to it! They were fast, efficient and did an awesome job!
I was not at all impressed with the Service Department nor its management. The service lot was very overcrowded, disorganized workflow, and they didn't even complete the job... quite disappointed.
I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. The service technician showed up at the time he said he would. And not only did he fix the issue with my a/c, he explained why it was acting up walked me through preventive maintenance for the future. Prior to this service call out, I was in the store once for parts. On both occasions I was taken care of promptly and with excellent customer service. Thanks guys!!!

I hate to ever leave a negative review, but customer service is a huge deal. Being rude over the phone was enough to deter me from using your services. I cannot imagine doing business and giving hard-earned money to people with attitudes like this. I had simply called with a question regarding my RV. Lady must have been having a bad day, but there really is no excuse to ever be so unprofessional. Leave your anger at the door. I will take my business somewhere that appreciates it.
