After initial inspection, crickets for over a month despite periodic calls to try to schedule work. Very professional until it came time to perform.
Just had a dual zone mini split system installed. Extremely happy with Duerr HVAC. The quality of the job was second to none. You've heard the saying, "Our employees are our greatest asset." Well, they've got that one covered. From my initial contact, setting up the appointment right through to the completion of the job...everyone was at the top of their game. Thank you!
