I needed a shower faucet change, and had a toilet not flushing properly. Duell sent two men over and changed the faucet quickly and cleanly. The toilet was a little of a struggle, but the men figured it out quickly and never made me feel alone in the process. Great pricing and friendly scheduling. I will always call Duell .

This is the second time I have worked with Duell Plumbing and heating; the first was a kitchen, bath, laundry renovation that they finished after being started by a contractor that quit halfway through the project. They did a great job picking up the pieces and completing work that did not get done. I am using them for the second time on a complete bath renovation where they have done the plumbing from start to finish along with some other house plumbing needs. I had one of the "big" area plumbing and heating company ( one of the ones on TV very often) two weeks ago at the house to address a very large blockage on a kitchen sink line. After a few hours of snaking the line they said they couldn't get it by snaking and tried to set up a hydro jet cleaning at $1500. I tried to tell them about a specific plumbing joint in the house where I thought they needed to work from, but they ignored me. I decided to think about the hydro cleaning. Duell heating is a fantastic company! We own rental property and the unit has on-demand heating and hot water. We've had 2 different companies try to resolve the issues with the on-demand system but neither of them were able to figure out how to fix it. We called Duell and they were very responsive and got a technician to the rental property right away. The technician was professional and knew exactly what to do to resolve the issues.
