Detailed review based on different areas: Construction quality - We were the first tenants and our unit has squeaky floorboards & cracks near all the doors by the end of year 1. Will strongly advise to stay away from this builder if you are buying the unit. Unit design - The HVAC of this building is next to the balcony entrance/exit window due to which there have been instances where a resident has kept the balcony door open in frigid weathers leading to the water in the HVAC units fre... read more
