I was in a payment plan on every 3rd of the month and then I wasn't even given 30 days when I get an email that I was now to pay on the first. I gave them my keys back and found another cheaper and nicer unit.
We rented a unit from Due North Self Storage for 5 months, to store some things in the midst of a move. The facility is kept immaculate. It is totally fenced in. Our stuff was secure & sheltered. & the best part was Brian. He was always kind & helpful; a straight shooter. 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit. Thank you!

Only 1.5 miles from the marina. Its fenced and gated with key card entry which i like. Way more convenient than trailering my boat from rochester every weekend. The people that I have worked with have been prompt, accommodating and professional. Overall I've recommended them to any boat owners I know looking for convenient safe storage without paying the ridiculous marina fees.
