Don't go to Monti today (Sun 8-17) Usually I am thrilled with the $20 car wash!! The 2 guys doing the pre spray couldn't be be trying any less!!!!! They barely sprayed my car at all or windshield. In fact the bugs did not even come off the windshield in the end🤨
The wash is OK and the wait is pretty minimal. I’ve been an unlimited member since the place opened, but I’m canceling it due to the customer service. We’ve had 4 vehicles on the account and two of them no longer live in the area. We called and asked them to cancel the 2 vehicles and they said Ok. Then we were charged a month later for 4 vehicles. They said we restarted the 4 car membership in their portal, although we didn’t even know they had a portal, and they refused to refund our money. So if you want to do business wit... read more
They were fast and friendly! My truck looked great!!
Tourist here! I simply wanted a place to vacuum out my parents' car so I found this one. I appreciated the free vacuums that were powerful and had several open bays for me to use. There were plenty of clean towels to use and spray bottles for both windows and surfaces. The trash was not full and the place was bustling! If I were home, I would know exactly where to go for what I needed. Thank you for having just what this visitor was looking for.
