2017.9.21のランチでカルボナーラをオーダー。 店舗のコンセプトは悪くないが、エントランスが客を招き入れるデザインではない。壁のグリーンは店のコンセプトに合っていて面白いが、少ない。レイアウトが良くない。店の奥が暗くセルフサービスは構わないが衛生的に良いとは思えない。 味は論ずる以前のレベル。パスタはしっとり感が全くなく、ゴワゴワした感じ。体に良い材料で作られているかも知れないが、それを考慮しても美味しくない。
First and last time ordering from you. Food wasn’t good at all (extremely greasy). The delivery was very late and yet so expensive!
I like the presentation of both the beet salad and GF oxtail ragout I ordered. Counter server guy was kind of jaded, but it's fine. "It happens." Food itself was very good: It's evident they take great pride in their food and I dig that. *For those on the ketogenic eating plan, a serving of pasta goes beyond a 20g carb allotment. They offer lower-carb pasta, yes, but not under ketogenic specifications. Absolutely incredible, decided to stop and eat here with my girlfriend to try some new places. Literally the best pasta I have ever eaten.
