Staff and Doctor Dudley are extremely friendly and helpful. They constantly ask how you're feeling during the process and are very gentle!

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? A little, but it was bearable

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and kind and are willing to work with you on a payment plan. The only downfall is that they barely have anything worth reading in the waiting room, ... read more

I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Their office was well organized and clean.
