Great landlords! Our property was well-maintained and we never had any issues.
I rented my apartment for two years and loved it! Bob was a great landlord. Any maintenance issues were dealt with promptly and professionally. The location is great for college students. I could make it campus in under ten minutes. Rent was very manageable. Nice neighbors and plenty of parking. The driveway was always plowed right after it snowed and the walkway sanded. I would highly recommend Dudley Apartments!
My husband Alex has rented more than one apartment from Bob and loved them both! I only lived in the 2nd apartment off Veazie and we loved it so much! Neighborhood was great! Alex could get to UMaine in minutes and we loved the size!! If anything ever came up Bob was there to fix it promptly! I loved that we didn't have to worry about plowing either!!
We lived in one of the Dudleys' apartments for three years in college and I wouldn't have lived anywhere else! Bob and Jen were always available when we had questions or the apartment needed any maintenance. They take pride in their properties and genuinely care for their tenants. You aren't a nameless apt number waiting and waiting for repairs like at the big complexes. I rented two different apartments from Bob and Jenn during my education at UMaine, Orono. The apartment building and grounds were always well maintained. Snow was removed quickly in the winter. Rent was very affordable for a college student. Bob and Jenn were always available for questions, concerns or the rare instance of a problem that needed fixing. If an appliance or something needed replacement or fixing it was attended to promptly! I would highly recommend renting from Dudley Apartments!!
