Duda raised my subscription to USD404 last month which I gladly paid as I have been using the mobile site to get customers satisfactorily for many years. I only have Duda single mobile site being pointed to from my desktop website server. The mobile site worked somewhat but not perfect hence but accepted so far I can edit it on Duda dashboard and publish it. It is definitely expensive. Guess what? Duda disabled dashboard editing so that I get 403 error nginx when accessing the mobile site charged. Chatbot Support was hopeles... read more
Updating my review: Great service, does as expected and works wonderfully. I did have a terrible time canceling my account through and a terrible time getting a live human on the line, however, Cyrus was able to assist me in the cancellation.
Support is good, if you are willing to wait 24 hours for a response. Unfortunately when you run into a snag and unable to move forward, it would be nice to have a quicker SLA.
