I had an excellent experience at this dental office. The entire team was professional, organized, and incredibly efficient from start to finish. Appointments ran on time, communication was clear, and the staff made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Dr Duda was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I also started bringing my two little kids and the staff have been incredibly kind and patient with them. Highly recommend this practice!

You couldn’t have a better dentist than Dr Mike Duda. His care and attention to each individual patient is like nothing I’ve ever experienced. He takes his time to explain what’s happening to you (and not just in plain English but also with a video scope if you want!). I’ve been going to dentists for 30 years and I’ve never understood what’s happening in my mouth. His approach fixes that and more. He’s kind and thorough and just an all around great person. HIGHLY recommend. No need to dentist shop. He’s hour guy.
This practice was rude and unprofessional. My interaction with Dr. Duda was brief, dismissive, and egotistical, giving the clear impression that patient concerns were not taken seriously. There was no attempt at proper communication or bedside manner. The dental assistant caused discomfort by scraping my teeth during treatment and refused to acknowledge or correct her mistake when I raised it. I've been going to this dentist since I was a wee lass, and I will continue going to this dentist until (heaven forbid) they shut down. Wonderful, kind, knowledgeable staff, always ready with a quip or a joke to make your experience as painless as possible. Highly recommend!
