I told them I'm cleaning the ducts because we're bringing home a newborn and felt it should be done. 3 things for giving 1 star. 1. They did not wear shoes covers or take off their shoes. I'm not a crazy clean freak but I've had a few trades out and all have put on shoe covers (probably because its professional). Not to mention these guys are in the business of "cleaning" ducts.
