We had a horrible experience with George and his crew from Ductz. They cleaned our two systems very cursorily and not thoroughly in the least. We could see all the dust still in the ducts. When we called and complained the crew returned, with a very bad attitude, and spent all of 10 minutes, literally, to finish the job. When we complained to George about the poor job and attitude of his crew, he simply said that it was "their personality". I was so happy with my A/C company Girard Heating and when it came time for my ducts to be clean they told me that they didn't do duct cleaning but they knew another company that could do it and with the right equipment.. I am so happy with ductz! Thanks for helping me breath!!!!!!
