Ductman installed our 2 ac units through our builder 2.5 years ago. On April 6 we called multiple times and on April 7 we called multiple times. I didn't get a phone call back until my builder called and I put a review on a website. The owner was rude and disrespectful when he finally spoke to me. He said he would send someone out on April 10 after being unprofessional. The unit was too cold to test. We were told someone would come back out April 11 and he never showed. They have the worst customer service. We have been without AC since 8/1/2022 and it's now The end of September, 2022. They do not return phone calls and the receptionist does not try to gather information from customer. Everyone we have dealt with, in one way or another is unprofessional. Do not choose them for services or equipment. We will never use them again.
