I made an appointment several weeks in advance to discuss having a ductless AC system installed, which Joe confirmed. On the day of the appointment when Joe had not shown up 20 mins after the scheduled appointment I called the main number to find out if he was running late. Ductless 4 Less is an incredibly reliable, professional, and knowledgeable company. I had an HVAC unit installed by another vendor, and it was a terrible experience. I called Ductless 4 Less and they were able to diagnose, explain, and fix all of the issues created by the other company. They were empathetic, patient, and extremely professional. Their prices were reasonable and their service is excellent. I would highly recommend Ductless 4 less. I wish I had called them in the first place.
