Josh , was incredibly professional. Promptly responding to any messages and showing up usually within a day. we nicked a coolant line while building. he repaired the line without any charge. Really great service, and with a price that was about $1000 less than the nearest competitor. System is great and I would definitely come back to use them again on future builds. This is now my go to guy for Ductless systems.
Josh and his team were on time, clean, professional, very considerate of the kids and elderly, communicative and completely trustworthy. Their price was reasonable and the professionalism worth every penny. Highly recommend 10/10
