Josh at Ductless Air Heating and Cooling did a fantastic job servicing my ductless mini split units in Madras, Oregon. He explained everything clearly and was very thorough throughout the whole process. My units are now running much more efficiently, and I was impressed with how detailed his cleaning process was. I had such a great experience front to back getting a new mini split installed in my office. Josh was easy to work with and worked quick. The reason I actually went with him is, he asked politely to enter my office and then put on shoe covers to not track in dirt. No other hvac company in town was that kind. Price to install was about 35% less then the rest of companies in town too. Can not recommend him enough!
