Excellent service - friendly and very responsive. We had Josh replace our 5-year old Daikin with a new Mitsubishi and it is better in every way. Josh really is knowledgeable, so much so that he was able to recommend a model that "the big boys" in Bend weren't even aware of and which was perfect for us. We wanted two Mitsubishi systems installed at our place; 1 single head and 1 multi head. Had no idea where to start - so we went to Mitsubishi's website where we found Ductless Heating. From initial contact to final inspection, this was a flawless transaction. We felt Josh offered us the best product at an unbeatable price. His communication was prompt and professional, and he delivered on every aspect of the project. We could not be happier with our decision to work with him.
Highly recommend ductless air heating and cooling. They came out and had my mini split installed in just a couple of hours. Josh was great to deal with, and the price was great. Once again Highly recommend.
