Amazing!!! Josh and his team installed our ductless air conditioner today and we can’t say enough good things on how great and professional they are. The work done is outstanding, pricing very reasonable and this company is very professional and great communication. A++. I wouldn’t use anyone else going forward.
I was discouraged when I got bids for a mini split and had decided to quit. Then I met Josh and what an exceptional person and business he runs. His bid was extremely fare and he did excellent work. Did what he said he would do and the permit was taken care of through him! I would highly recommend him to anyone! It’s a joy to meet a person who cares instead of a large company.
Ductless Air Heating and Cooling worked very efficiently and professionally in my home. Josh and Caden were on time and very respectful. They inspected the compressor and both mini splits, cleaned the filters, and gave me expert advice about an obstruction around my compressor that was impeding air flow. Their price was very reasonable, and I am a very satisfied customer. This is a small, family owned business, and I thought they operated responsibly and with integrity.
Seamless and smooth best describes my experience with Josh and Ductless Air. I got numerous bids, even tho another company came in a few hundred dollars cheaper… I chose him because he was transparent about a few things others weren’t, also because they are a local, family owned company (nothing felt corporate about them) and I also just went on vibe! Excellent service - friendly and very responsive. We had Josh replace our 5-year old Daikin with a new Mitsubishi and it is better in every way. Josh really is knowledgeable, so much so that he was able to recommend a model that "the big boys" in Bend weren't even aware of and which was perfect for us. And his prices were FAR less than any of the other bids we got. The job was done quickly and on time and it has performed perfectly throughout the winter since we purchased it in Dec '24.
