Our furnace motor went out the day we returned home from vacation (on a Saturday of course). We called another HVAC service company before reaching out to DucTech and were quoted 2 times what we paid with DucTech to replace the motor. Our air conditioning needed a full replacement. I got quotes from 3 companies and then called Patrick at DucTech. He came right over explained what was wrong with my old system and that I did need a new one. He reviewed my options and his quotes were far lower than the other companies. Great company with great staff. Nick helped me came out and looked at my furnace after another company told me complete false information. He was very attentive and knowledgeable of the product and didn’t try to “scare” me into purchasing products. I will only use ductech going forward. Thank you to the team and staff over there.
