Came in the designated 2 hour window, and was done in 2.5 hours. Dean did an excellent job of cleaning all my ducts, inspected my humidifier, gave me tips on how to replace it, show me how to make the right settings in winter and summer. Clean the inside of my a/c unit. Walk me through the process and kept me informed every step of the way. I'd recommend Ductastic and use them again!
