My ac was freezing so they replaced the coil. kept freezing. Had someone from a different service come out and tell me it's the line, they seal it up g2g. I never needed a coil. $5k wasted. They also added a vent to my intake too close to the water heater. Sucked the ventilation off my water heater, had to replace that too. These guys put me through years of misery and in the end they didn't care.
This is out 3rd year dealing with frozen pipes on our brand new AC, which cost over $5k. They keep telling us the issue is fixed, and now we're having to look at another company to see how badly we were screwed over. Duct Brothers also never gave us the warranty as promised, and now when we call the listed business number, we get an out of service error.
