Do not go to this place, they scammed me and blocked my number after causing damage to my house. They claim to be “insured” yet they chose not to file one to fix our ceiling.
Don't use this company! Gal did a lousy job cleaning our laundry dryer vent. He told me the company was dissolved and he moved out of state. I was forced to hire another company to cleant my vent. I will report this company to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. What a scam!
Not worth the money for $500 in 35 minutes.
What a miserable experience. Admittedly we clogged our own vent trying to clean it ourselves, but we were clear about from the beginning that it was not a “standard” call. We were then told there would be a minimum charge and if the blockage could be cleared we pay the full price. Then the service call happens we were charged the full price for still having a clogged dryer vent. Not what was agreed.
