Duct Doctor did a fantastic job cleaning our ducts and vents. They were prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. Thank you, Seth and James for a job well done.
Seth and Carlos were Professional and knowledgeable and were with us every step of the way showing us how much filth we had in our vents with pictures they took. I did not expect that. They were pleasant to talk to and we even learned something new about Furnace filters. It was worth every penny and we are very happy with the results. We can definitely tell a difference with the great quality of air running through our house. Definitely consider getting your air ducts cleaned by these guys first.
Very impressed with the professionalism shown by the two technicians who really cleaned up the air ducts in our 2700-ft condo. We had been plagued by a high level of dust, and what they found (and removed) was construction debris and dry wall dust. So far so good; my allergies are now reasonable. When the air compressor in their truck was not up to snuff, instead of doing a less than stellar job, a supervisor brought a replacement truck to the scene. We had Duct Doctor’s professional service yesterday. Seth and Jacob arrived early for their appointment. They explained the duct cleaning process clearly, and answered our questions. Then, they worked nearly an hour sealing vents and cold air returns. They warned us before turning on their truck’s loud equipment, and after 90 minutes or so they were done with the “negative pressure” process. They took pictures, before and after.
