We hired Air Duct Medic to clean our ducts. In the process, they severely damaged the paint on several vents. They took no responsibility in fixing the problem. They told us that we could spray paint them or take them back to Lowes (without a receipt) and get them to replace the damaged vents. We will have to spend the money to replace them ourselves. Customer beware!!!!!
