Sandi was very nice, listened to my concerns and did a thorough inspection of dryer duct in the crawl space and on out to the side of the house. This duct was coming apart in 2 different areas and leaking air causing my dryer to run forever trying to dry anything. The dryer duct was also very plugged up. The duct was professionally repaired (I saw the before and after pictures) and duct completely cleaned out. A new dryer hose was also installed at the back of the dryer. I am really impressed by this company and especially Joe Manz who was the one that came out to do the work. Joe clearly knows what he's doing and is hilarious. Throughout the whole cleaning process he was clear and extremely helpful and made some great suggestions for how we could save money on our heating/cooling bills and make our home more comfortable. Recently had the misfortune of meeting Joe Mantz. After an extensive renovation of my home we had the "Duct Doctor" enter my home. With no regard of newly installed carpeting, Joe managed to drag a fair amount of a greasy black substance that came out of my duct work permanently staining the new carpet. We had our ducts cleaned out by Joe and he was absolutely amazing! Great friendly attitude and personality. He got the job done quick and left our house smelling so good and air nice and clean. Would definitely work with them again! Nice fair prices too!
