The technician was very friendly and professional. Arrived right on time. There was a single fixed fee and no attempts at an upsell. Highly recommended.

The Duct Detailing folks were flexible with scheduling, polite and magnanimous while in our home, and provided a very thorough service. I highly recommend them.

This is second time around I’ve used this company. I am fully satisfied with their work. The technicians took pictures of ‘before and after’ the cleaning. I was kept informed as they moved from one duct to the other. They were extremely respectful and conducted their task diligently. I give them a five star for very well done work. Above all my dryer’s duct was done for free.

I had a great experience with Ali. He came to clean up the dryer vent which is blocked by a bird’s nest. Ali is very professional, great attention to detail, and punctual. He even checked the dryer outlet and installed a tight casing ring to make sure no air leaks. I will definitely use his service and recommend to my friends.
