Poor carwash and management.
Poor wash quality and potential for vehicle damage, not worth the risk. I was a monthly member here, but I’ve since canceled my membership after repeated disappointment. The wash regularly leaves spots, residue, and dirt, especially around mirrors, rear panels, and lower parts of the car. It’s obvious the system doesn’t clean thoroughly. On top of that, I started noticing scratches and scuff marks under the car, likely from the raised tracks and mechanical guides used to pull vehicles through.
