Poor carwash and management.
Poor wash quality and potential for vehicle damage, not worth the risk. I was a monthly member here, but I’ve since canceled my membership after repeated disappointment. The wash regularly leaves spots, residue, and dirt, especially around mirrors, rear panels, and lower parts of the car. It’s obvious the system doesn’t clean thoroughly. I strongly recommend others stay away from this car wash. It’s not worth the risk to your vehicle—or the hassle of dealing with a company that ignores valid customer complaints. I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at Ducky Express Carwash (Saratoga Street, San Jose – Chevron Station). On June 27, 2025, around 4:30 PM, I went through their automated car wash and during the wash process, likely due to faulty equipment or poor handling my windshield got a big crack and damaged. I went to the car wash on a Saturday the machine broke my back wiper , the store didn't do anything about it, and I call Chevron customer service and they were closed such a shame.
