I’ve been getting washes at Ducky’s in Belmont, CA for many years, always satisfied with their great service and friendly workers. Recently cashier Myra and regional manager Michael Lawson did something wonderful for me. I had recently renewed my Ducky’s card for several future washes, but shortly after was diagnosed with an illness that makes a clean car unimportant. Running a business with no integrity. Stay away from these thieves. A Happy Ducky at 31 dollars was worse than a 20 dollar express

Believing that the rains were finally behind us, I took my vehicle to Ducky's Car Wash in San Ramon. I checked in around 10:40 a.m. on 6/1/23. It only took 15-20 minutes for my car to be finished. The car wash, interior vacuum, dash wipe and windows were okay but not great. At home I used a few paper towels to wipe up missed areas and smudges. Not horrible but could be better. Ducky's put 3 NOTICEABLE dents on the door crease on my Porsche Cayenne. I can see them from 30 feet away. (Can I put Negative Star?) The workers knows nothing about power doors/mirrors. They used their strong arms to force the doors/mirrors to open and close. I told them that there are buttons to open/close the trunk. They looked at me and continued to use their strong arms. They trashed my Cayenne.
