Got my car washed for the first time at this place this last week and was helped by such a sweet man, named Marvin. He helped me through which option to pick and he was very professional. Staff here is very helpful, thanks Marvin I’ll be coming back!

Took about 40 minutes for a wash and ended up with curb rash on my two front wheels. Exactly at the same clock position. My bad for trusting an automatic car wash where others are driving my car onto an automated track. Clearly they weren't careful.

I was at Menlo Park location and there was guy name was Marvin Hernandez who was a great guy and good customer service. I highly recommend that location. If you need something just ask it to him. He will make everything easy for you.
