Excellent service and very professional staff. Marvin was helpful and made sure everything was spotless before handing back the keys. It’s rare to find a car wash that consistent — Menlo Park Ducky’s is now our go-to.

I was deeply disappointed with the experience. They charged 25 dollars and they claim to do “CERAMIC SHIELD WITH DURA GUARD | PAINT GUARD WITH CARNAUBA WAX | LIQUID POLISH” However none of those were done. Moreover the rear of the bumpers still had mud after the car wash. The rear view mirror is still dirty. Normal automatic car wash cost less but do a better job. Edit - The manager was in contact and offered a re-service which was great! Thank you
