Just noticed that when removing my rugs, these guys tore them out instead of unhooking them. Literally impossible to find these rugs for a collectible car and they treat it like animals when all they're doing is vacuuming.
I needed a major detail due to rodent issues in my car. I did the interior detail and it was so worth the money! I would go here again. They took apart my trunk/spare tire area because they found a rats nest. I am very grateful for their thoroughness. Highly recommend!
The car could’ve been cleaned much better- the windows still had dirt, the steering wheel was still visibly dirty. For the money we paid we expected better service

This is my second time at Duckys Menlo Park. The staff is extremely rude. A man who looked Mexican and a bit overweight was extremely rude when gave me the directions to park my car for they could dry it. They didn't even dry my car. Took my car to get it washed, had an unopened 16oz sugar free redbull in the back seat on the floor, after the car wash the redbul was gone. Will not come back to a place that steals.
