Awful! Visiting from out of town and attending a concert. Wanted to try a new place, not a chain. Arrived early, the place was not busy. Service was extremely slow. Waited 45 minutes to get food only for it to arrive under cooked and incorrect. Waiter and Manager was unapologetic.
Arrived at this establishment at 5pm on a Wednesday evening, was seated promptly and drink orders were taken right away. I thought this was going to be a great evening out, unfortunately that was not the case. Getting our drinks was the last time my table saw our waiter, Frankie, until he dropped off our check. If he had bothered to stop and ask how everything was, I would have told him that after waiting 40 minutes for our food, several items were either missing or under cooked and inedible. Great place , excellent service , the bartender Hope did excellent multi tasking of taking care of all her customer
I wish they had a “yes and no” option. Food is good, but they serve every single drink with a straw already in it. Ironically they have a “skip the straw” sticker from the ocean conservancy on the door?! Please update your policy to reflect consumer concern for the environment and provide straws by request vs automatically. Most people are only using them out of habit, and for those who need them they can ask.
the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and the bears were called and fairly priced. will definitely be eating here again when we come back to Charlotte. highly recommend their pretzel bread with the mustard and cheese
Good food, nice atmosphere, very nice staff.
Sat at the bar and waited for service and waited for service some more. Waited 15 mins as the bar staff wonder aimlessly to locate the beer on tap for other orders. Young man came and sat to our left, served immediately- we asked him to see the beer menu. Still, no service. Older couple walked up to our right - again, served immediately. I usually enjoy anonymity- but this was absurd ! Left and went to Cowbell Burger and Whiskey Bar where we were taken care of immediately.
Good food. Good vibes. Good service.
