poached eggs on my country Benedict where way over cooked, they where hard as a rock and if you know anything about over cooking poached eggs they get super sour if you way over cook them, they where completely enedible. My hashbrowns where burned and my fiances pancakes where burned too. you guys need a new cook, one of the first things you learn at culinary school is how to cook different eggs, and your cook can't even make a proper poached egg.

A little disappointed after hearing how good everyone said it was. Biscuits were hard as a rock and my chicken fried steak was way over cooked and tough as leather. Service was good though, our server was very friendly and attentive.
Chicken Cordon Bleu was amazing. So glad I found this place in the neighborhood while visiting. Thanks for the great service!
