We had a leak from the third floor down to the second floor. My wife contacted Duckstein Restoration. She was able to set everything up with Rick at Duckstein. A surveyor from them can out the same day to check it out. He explained they would first need to make sure asbestos remediation would not be needed. We didn't need it. He also exlaiedwhat would need to be done to corect the water damage to the wall and the ceiling. Rick promptly got back to us and gave us an estimate and scheduled us for when the work would begin.
