The work done was fine but it took 3 phone calls and 3 months to get it scheduled. Customer service is terrible. I called in September and was told they were only doing emergency calls at that time but they would call back within 1 week. Turns out they were short staffed and unable to do routine maintenance calls for months. When I called to discuss the issues we had I was directed to Steve who basically said the work was done so what's your problem? We will be finding a new company
be careful when speaking to the service area they will say one thing and bill you for something else. the work they do is good but the cost is inaccurate
Office staff very responsive and professional. Bill was very knowledgeable having efficiently diagnosed and resolved my HVAC problem quickly. Duckett and Laird is my go to place for HVAC service.
The woman answering the phone their didn't know anything. Very misleading. The service guy was great tho.
