Money pit!! Took a rescue mastiff there some of the staff was friendly but the others just down right miserable. Got the run around saying maybe it’s this maybe it’s that, never got a true answer. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Thanks

Excellent staff. Very friendly people and very clean environment. My father in law brings his Chug,Damon there. (chihuahua/pug mix) They went above and beyond and SAVED his life! The previous vet didn't diagnose 2 major illness that almost killed his dog. 1) Damon was diabetic and needed insulin 2) He has Cushings Disease. These amazing people and their amazing Vet immediately found the problem and spent a week saving his life,around the clock. Damon was hospitalized there for a week before he was well enough to go home. I F... read more

Good luck trying to get your appointment honored. We’ve tried twice in 4 months to come in after calling for appointments and were turned away because they ‘have no record’ of it. But they did offered to give our dogs shots for AN EXTRA FEE. LMAO. Take your pets elsewhere. These folks are in disarray. Don’t come here if you enjoy leaving work, hauling your pets in time for your appt so they can call you a liar. Nope.
Called to see if they would be willing to but my elderly cat to sleep as she was suffering and my vet would not be available until tomorrow. was told that they are not accepting new patients. I didn't realize a dead cat would be considered a new patient. Called Blout's in Hopwood and they made sure that they would help us, even if it meant them staying later, even though they never seen my cat. I know places can be busy, but sometimes a little compassion can make a world of difference to someone.
Everything about this place is the best in the area. In my wife's and I time and need . They did everything in a professional manner. They are at the top of our list for a vet.
