I hired Duck Duck Air for maintenance on two mini-split units, and it’s been nothing but problems. The first technician showed up with almost no communication, did the work quickly, and left. Later I realized he hadn’t actually done any real maintenance — wires were left exposed, and paint was missing from the wall. Used Duck Duct for replacement of Ducts in my mom’s small house. Not an easy job given the small crawl space. The technicians did a great job!

Frank was great! He came early, got right to work, and took care of everything my unit needed. It required some serious attention, and he made sure it was thoroughly cleaned. Now I have fresh, clean air circulating through my home. He did an incredible job, and I’ll definitely be using this company again. They’re spot on and their pricing is very reasonable!
