I need a repipe done for a slab leak. They wanted $199/******* to give me an estimate with absolutely no work being done. No diagnosis needed. All they had to do was show up and put in a bid. No other plumbing company Ive contacted has this policy. I wish I could give them zero stars. Who does this? I guess they dont want to get big jobs for big money.
They will be the first people will call with any septic or plumbing issues. The two gentleman that came were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them for any septic or plumbing needs.

I can't recommend them enough. I used to call a different service anytime I had issues and I didn't know what I was missing. I called Duck Duck Rooter and ***** and ******* from their A/C division were helping me same day. They knocked it out of the park and got me back in cooler temps. Friendly, helpful, hardworking, I'll definitely be calling them back for any issues I have. I called them at lunch and all my issues were fixed before the workday was over.
Duck Duck Rooter completed plumbing work and a voluntary septic inspection on a home we recently purchased. Plumbing issues were identified in the home inspection and were supposedly repaired by Duck Duck Rooter. The first day we moved in the washing machine flooded my garage. Three different technicians came out to solve the problem which was that the connection to the septic was not done correctly. All of our inspection paperwork states you have an old aging shell drain field system with no guarantee on how long it would work. If I could give 10 stars I would. I can't say enough good about this company and their workers. Very respectful, talented, responsible workers. Shout out to Damien and Carlos. Great guys! Even those answering the phones were beyond incredible. The owner is nothing short of amazing. If you have septic or plumbing issue this is the company you want! If there is an issue, most likely it is the customer and not the company!

I have relied on Duck Duck Rooter plumbing services several times in the last few years. I have always been extremely satisfied with the timely and professional manner in which the jobs have been completed. Last week, in the evening, a water heater went out at one of my rental properties in Saint Augustine. I called Duck Duck Customer service and they scheduled a crew for early the following morning. Duck Duck Rooter has worked at our property twice. We used them once for septic and once for plumbing. They always call ahead, arrive on-time, explain things clearly, complete the job, clean up, and the pricing is reasonable.

I had a service scheduled with this company to have my septic tank drained on Jan 20th 2023. The service was claimed to have been completed while I was at work. Payment transaction was completed days before service. No call from them to relate how the service had gone.Just 2 months after the septic tank was supposedly drained, it started backing up while I was in the shower.
