Very impressed with this company! Timely response, easy & prompt scheduling, arrived on time day of appointment and quickly found & repaired several leaks we overlooked. Love the sticker in the skimmer basket so we can easily detect if the water level is holding! They even offer military discounts on service needed after the original leak detection. Will definitely use again, if needed, in the future.
Great job, Anthony removed our old, and installed a totally new, skimmer and it is working fine. Anthony was also very responsive and helpful in explaining how everything worked, and Stan, the owner, coordinated all activities by phone. We recommend Duck Duck leak detection very highly, thank you.
In my humble opinion Duck Duck Leak Detection did a fantastic evaluation of our in-ground pool. The tech discovered 3 leaks around the light and skimmer and was able to temporarily patch them until major repairs are done. Tech arrived on time, was professional, polite and knowledgeable. It is very refreshing to see honest company that actually honors their commitment and warranty. Ricky inspected every inch of the pool, spa and equipment, finding and addressing all the leaks.
