Great company! They were quick and fixed the leak with no issues. My tech was super sweet, too and gave me some advice on how to fix my jets without costing me thousands of dollars.
Let you know when they are coming by a text. Showed up ontime. Explained every step of the way with all the tests. Fixed a minor problem and offered a lot of useful information on taking care of my pool system. Highly recommended. Thank you
Mare was wonderful, she answered all my questions. She scheduled a leak test with Ricky. Ricky did a great job, answered my questions and found the leak. Scheduled an appointment with Anthony to replace my skimmer. Anthony is a great guy, did a great job replacing my skimmer. My best advice to anyone who is worried about having a leak in their pool… Stop right here and call Duck Duck and rest assured you are in good hands from beginning to end. Mare, In the office was so helpful, kind, and understanding she was a lifesaver. Ricky, the tech was also helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. This is the third Pool company I have hired, and they are, without a doubt, the only people I would ever call again.
The kid that came to my house spent 15 minutes to tell me it was the skimmer. Asked me if he could hang out in my driveway and eat lunch. $400. Then I get the estimate for the real repair. $1000. Parts d the 400 and fired them. The real leak was in a pipe the lanai people put a screw through. These people do not have a clue!
