Great company! They were quick and fixed the leak with no issues. My tech was super sweet, too and gave me some advice on how to fix my jets without costing me thousands of dollars.
Let you know when they are coming by a text. Showed up ontime. Explained every step of the way with all the tests. Fixed a minor problem and offered a lot of useful information on taking care of my pool system. Highly recommended. Thank you
As with most services these days, we are apprehensive about the level of service quality that we will receive. I called and they worked me based on my schedule. Kai came out and really did a thorough job checking all possible area for leaks and explained why and how leaks might occur. There was no up sell and he not only found and fixed my leak, he provided several tips in maintaining my pool. Great job to Kai and I would highly recommend Duck Duck Leak. Very fair pricing and great service.
Mare was wonderful, she answered all my questions. She scheduled a leak test with Ricky. Ricky did a great job, answered my questions and found the leak. Scheduled an appointment with Anthony to replace my skimmer. Anthony is a great guy, did a great job replacing my skimmer. My best advice to anyone who is worried about having a leak in their pool… Stop right here and call Duck Duck and rest assured you are in good hands from beginning to end. Mare, In the office was so helpful, kind, and understanding she was a lifesaver. Ricky, the tech was also helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. This is the third Pool company I have hired, and they are, without a doubt, the only people I would ever call again.
