Very impressed with this company! Timely response, easy & prompt scheduling, arrived on time day of appointment and quickly found & repaired several leaks we overlooked. Love the sticker in the skimmer basket so we can easily detect if the water level is holding! They even offer military discounts on service needed after the original leak detection. Will definitely use again, if needed, in the future.

This company seemed to be using sub contractors as the technicians that actually showed up to detect the leak and repair the pool gave different info than what came from the company. There was a major disconnect between what the tech. told me and what the project manager told me. Then the project manager at the company would argue with me about what the Tech. told me essentially implying i was lying. I had to take pictures of what we were supposed to be a fill line reconciliation. When I got to my house, it was in my basket with the epoxy repair. I was then told to send pictures of the fill. They wouldn’t send a representative about even verified their fix fixed anything? Two days later shock shock shock. The water level was way below fill line. I would highly recommend duck duck Pool Services!! Anthony came a younger man so nice and knowledgeable thoroughly checked our pool the grout the tiles the drains the basket and came up with. We don’t have leaks and explained how our pool evaporates and the pool heater the flushing system very very very informative. I would highly recommend them anytime for any Pool services and they’re right here in Port Charlotte. To me, that’s hard to say down here in Florida five star
