My experience is usually good, but today when I expressed that my rice tasted old and was crunchy I was told that I have to go to another restaurant from now on because they will not accept my business. -->> kind of hurt my feelings as I wasn't being rude and she just started raising her voice at me!

the food smells funky it is very disgusting I've seen them kill a cat and make it for the meat that they serve they are rude they are cheap there a poor bunch of idiots who come to this country is destroying our economy do not order from this restaurant they did not deliver to me because I only asked for a few items extra they're too cheap so all you need to do is Boycott duck duck Express
the food was disgusting.....was craving good chinese food & im let down. gross...will never order from here again.
Love the food and definitely the service, and they have sesame balls which is great cus most chinese restaurants dont have them. Ever since I got my first order from them I have became very loyal to this spot! U gotta try it delivery or not and they got free wifi, who can say no lol

Our chicken was undercooked, they delivered the wrong orders, and they were extremely rude when we called about the orders. DO NOT ORDER FROM DUCK DUCK! They even placed McDonalds creamer and sugar in our bags.
