We ate 4 out of 6 donuts bc the other 2 had cat hair in it. Disappointing as th8s was my first time at duck donuts and I was SUPER excited to come.
It’s disappointing to leave a 1-star review, but this has become a consistent issue. Every time I try to visit—well before 7 PM—they’re already closed. On one occasion, I arrived before closing time, and the staff was still inside, but I was told they couldn’t serve me because everything was already cleaned up. I recently went again around 6:45 PM, only to find the place completely shut down with the hours of operation removed from the door.
