Amazing food and service
Staff was less than enjoyable to communicate with. Donuts were messy. Still warm at least
Update: Oct 2024, went in at 8:30am, lots Duck Donut trash in the parking lot and by front door, no orange juice. Ordered two donuts which were not baked sufficiently, very dough-y texture, will not return to this location. Update: Mothers Day 2021, shop opened up 15 mins late, seversl customers in line, no service available for at least an hour. Horrible customer experience. Go to Dunkin!
This was my second time at this location, I usually go to the one on Virginia Beach Blvd but I was in the area so I stopped here. The first thing I noticed is that the service is not the same, I stood at the counter for 15 minutes waiting to be helped with only two customers in the store that had already been help. Then when I paid she looked like I was supposed to tip her, and when I got my doughnuts the quality was not the same . I didn’t have time to sit there and complain, I just know I’m not going to that location again... read more
This place is closed…even though it says the location is open on google. Very disappointed
