The best
The donuts are always amazing. However, your employees could use a little bedside manners.Stop leaving customers sitting at the drive-thru window without saying anything. I placed my order and sat there for over six minutes with no acknowledgment at all. Not one word. That’s unprofessional and incredibly frustrating. Especially when you’re charging three dollars a doughnut!
Honestly? The donuts were rushed and mostly incorrect. I was hyped for the seasonal St. Paddy flavor, but it had one sad little marshmallow and a pile of cereal. Not at all like the picture (and who on earth would make one with just the worst part of the topping?). Rest of the dozen had missing drizzle or missing 1/2 toppings. Maybe it's just this location is sloppy?
