I had the banana and chocolate donut and it came out warm which I wasn't expecting but very pleasantly surprised to see. Wonderful service, wonderful suggestions and welcoming atmosphere. Best donuts I've had, hands down. Will definitely be a repeat customer with no hesitation
I don’t think I’ve ever tasted such a delicious donut. Donut itself was so light and airy. I’m pretty simple and I just chose a glazed doughnut, and a doughnut with chocolate icing. They were warm and absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to return.!
I stopped in to grab donuts for our last day of school. There was a door dash waiting and I asked how long it would be to take my order. She said they are made to order and you should have called ahead like everyone else. As I had never been there before I was unaware of the protocall nor does it state anywhere to call ahead. I once again inquired an approximate ETA so I could decide to wait or find another location. She said "I working. I guess the location do not believe in customer service. We literally got turned away or told us that it will take over an hour to make 1 dozen donuts because they had to make 15 dozen donuts for another order that was due in 1 hour. I asked if they can just make a Hal a dozen donuts and they said “no I have to help the other girl with the big order”. So we walked away and went to another Duck Donuts at Huntington Beach and helped us right away.
