I stopped in to grab donuts for our last day of school. There was a door dash waiting and I asked how long it would be to take my order. She said they are made to order and you should have called ahead like everyone else. As I had never been there before I was unaware of the protocall nor does it state anywhere to call ahead. I guess the location do not believe in customer service. We literally got turned away or told us that it will take over an hour to make 1 dozen donuts because they had to make 15 dozen donuts for another order that was due in 1 hour. I asked if they can just make a Hal a dozen donuts and they said “no I have to help the other girl with the big order”. So we walked away and went to another Duck Donuts at Huntington Beach and helped us right away.
