Donuts were soggy and gross. Donuts were so melted from the iceing that the soggy donuts nothing but mushy bread. Workers were rude and rushed me to order. Bad first impression.
Cost is high for what you get. Lackluster with all icing having close to the same flavor. Doughnut base is not bad.
The girl preparing the donuts today, Sunday, August 17th at 10 a.m., is extremely rude. She was rude to a person in front of me and to the rest of the people in front of me. The donuts are fresh and the cashier is very friendly, but the other girl shouldn't work here.
The lady and gentleman helping us were very nice and attentive. They didn't rush us or seem irritated when we took a few minutes to decide our order. They were also really patient with my 3 year old when she was deciding on a duck to buy. The gentleman who prepared our donuts did an excellent job and made sure we were satisfied before boxing it up. Overall, great customer service. And donuts were delicious as expected from Duck Donuts.
